Types of gates we install

We offer a range of gate styles depending on your property layout, access and preference.

  • A traditional option, ideal for most residential entrances.

  • Perfect where space is limited or the ground isn’t suitable for swing gates.

  • A premium sliding solution that runs without a ground track, ideal for uneven surfaces.

MATERIALS

Gate materials

All of our gates are made to order and built to a high standard, regardless of material.

  • We supply hardwood gates using materials such as Iroko, known for its durability and natural resistance to decay. Timber gates offer a classic, high-end appearance and develop character over time.

    Painted timber options such as Accoya provide a more stable finish with long-lasting coatings and a modern look.

  • Aluminium is a popular choice for gate automation

    • Reduces strain on motors and hinges

    • Can be powder coated in any colour

    • Clean appearance

  • Steel gates offer strength, durability and a timeless aesthetic.

    They can also be combined with timber infills to create a modern hybrid design that balances strength with warmth.

ACCESS CONTROL

Access control and intercom systems

We offer a range of access control options, depending on how you want to use your system. We keep things simple, recommending the right setup for your needs rather than overcomplicating it.

  • Installed beneath the driveway surface, ground loops allow:

    • Automatic exit

    • Timed entry

    • Additional safety detection

  • We also provide remote control options for simple, everyday use of your system.

REPAIRS

Repairs & fault finding

We offer a full repair and diagnostic service for existing gate systems, even if we didn’t install them.

With a fully equipped van and experienced technicians, most faults can be diagnosed and resolved within 1–2 hours.

We work on all major manufacturers, including:

GBD, BFT, DEA, FAAC, CAME, NICE, BENINCA, ROGER

  • Initial call-out:
    £85 + VAT

    Time on site:
    £15 + VAT per 15 minutes
    (Charged in 15-minute increments)

  • Once on site, we’ll investigate the fault and talk you through what’s needed before carrying out any additional work or replacing parts.

    Most repairs can be completed during the visit. If further work is required, we’ll provide a clear quote before proceeding.

  • If you’re unsure about the condition of your system or need a more detailed assessment:

    Full system evaluation and report:
    £150 + VAT

    We’ll carry out a full check of your gate system and provide clear recommendations on any work required.

SERVICING

Servicing & maintenance

Regular servicing is essential to keep your system safe, reliable and working as it should.

    • Checking and lubricating motors

    • Testing electrical connections

    • Inspecting seals and components

    • Cleaning motor housings

    • Testing safety features

    • Checking hinges and movement

    • Battery replacement (if required)

  • 1 annual service
    £150–£200 + VAT

  • 2 annual services
    £275–£375 + VAT

  • 2 services + call-outs + parts discount
    £600 + VAT per year

WARRANTY

Warranty and aftercare

All new installations include:

  • 2-year workmanship warranty

  • 3-year warranty on components

Ongoing servicing helps maintain system performance and ensures everything continues to operate as it should.
